Chemical Cleaning

Mortar residue, organic growth and engrained industrial deposits are often difficult to remove from stone and brick surfaces, especially if they have become established over large areas and considerable periods of time.

This method of cleaning usually involves application of a mild detergent to the stone or brick surface using low compression spray equipment.  Once the surface has been prepared, it is then cleaned with either cold power wash or a steam wash, depending on the specific surface state, age, condition, etc.
